Make It Monday #136 with Bugaboo Stamps

Wow the last two weeks went by so fast.

My boys are back at school today.

The school holidays were wonderful with lots of fun family time, playing tennis up against the wall at the side of the house, swimming and the beginning of the Little Athletics season.

House seems too quiet today so I am going to have to get busy and keep myself occupied till it's time to pick up the boys, lol. You would think that after two years of my youngest going to school I would be used to it by now wouldn't you!

Before I get in to the jobs around the house I want to share my make for this week's

No card this week just a simple little tag

Tag was created using a great little digi from our sponsor called  Tags - Rose Tag

I printed the tag out three times

I used the copic air brush system to colour the outside edge of the first layer with Copic R89

With the second layer I cut it down to the inner section of the tag with the script background and used the airbrush system again to distress the edge using YR93 and YR91 and E50 and then adhered it to the first layer.

I cut the rose out from the third layer I coloured the rose with Copics R81, R83 and R85 and popped in on to the tag with dimentionals.

Added a coloured rhinestone flourish.

This week's
linky party is now open.

We are very excited to have again our fun sponsors Bugaboo Stamps!  Everyone loves these fun and sweet digis!

Everything That You Ever Wanted to Know About Bugaboo Stamps: A Short Essay
As if raising five children in the frozen land of the North was not enough of a challenge, Jodie Mackrell decided to dip her cold little Canadian toes into the world of papercrafting by opening an online store full of her illustrations. That was two years ago. Today Bugaboo Stamps is one of the leading companies in digital images, and we're still growing!  From seriously snarky to sugary sweet to sublimely soulful all the way over to the other side of the super sexy spectrum, you're bound to find all that you need and more to create your paper projects.  Jodie works very hard to provide New Releases and Freebies every week!

If your taste runs to rubber (and you know who you are), you can find Bugaboo Stamps   atTotally Stampalicious. And finally, join the Bugaboo Stamps DT   for weekly challenges at Catch the Bug

Bugaboo Stamps are offering a very generous prize of winner's choice of 7 single digis!

Remember, to be in the running to win the prize from our sponsor this week just leave a comment for another entry. Be sure to mention you saw them on Make It Monday. The more entries you comment on the more chances you have of winning!

Make It Monday #135 with Milk Coffee

It is the middle of school holidays here for us and it has been quite relaxing.

We still have our house up for sale which is a bit of a pain but we have settled in to the routine of it now.

I have been getting outside with the boys and playing games and practicing for Little Athletics that starts next week.

In the afternoon when they are all worn out (so am I for that matter, lol) they have been playing on their new Ipad and I have had a little time to myself in my craftroom.

I made my card for this week's
linky party

using an image supplied to me by our wonderful sponsor.

Image is called Boy Plays Baseball

and I have coloured it with the following Copics

Skin - E000, E00, E11, E21
Hair - Y21, Y23, Y26, Y28
Shirt/Shoes - C3, C1, C00
Shorts/Hat - B91, B93, B95

It is a great way to showcase your most recent creation or even to share your favourite make from ages ago! You don't need to create a whole new post, linking back to the original post is just fine with us. So come on and join in the fun and share with us your beautiful paper creations!! There is inspiration to be found and blogging buddies to be met!

We are very excited to welcome Milk Coffee as our sponsor this week.

They are generously offering our winner

3 Digis
of their winners choice

Remember, to be in the running to win the prize from our sponsor this week just leave a comment for another entry. Be sure to mention you saw them on Make It Monday. The more entries you comment on the more chances you have of winning!

I would love for you to come on over and join in the fun!!

Before you go though I want to share with you my Pick Of The Week from last week's link up.

Isn't it just absolutely stunning?!!

The background has been created using something called a Gelli Plate.

Oh no! another thing to add to my ever increasing "must have" list, lol!

Thanks so much for sharing with us Paulette.

No Joke, I made a card!!

My house has been full of April Fools Day pranks this morning which is to be expected (and if you ask my husband, encouraged) when you have three young boys.

I still fall for the fake spider on the wall even after all these years!

But I'm not joking today when I say I have a card to share with you.

I know!

It's been a while..............

With my boys starting two weeks school holidays a couple of days ago I have had the opportunity to     actually do a little crafting.

I created a card for this week's

Sorry for my terrible photos. If you click on them you will get a clearer picture.

I used an image from our sponsor this week called  Up, Up and Away Rocket Ship

You will find the most adorable selection of images available at

I used some Crystal Effects to create the glass window.

I created the sentiment on my computer. The stars were made in MS Word using auto shapes and then fussy cut.

I drew the moon on to some Very Vanilla Stampin' Up! cardstock with a black marker and coloured Copics then cut it out and stuck it on top of the background paper.

Come check out all the fantastic entries and share yours with us too.

Look forward to seeing you there.
